After finally jailbreaking my iPhone last night I decided that it would be a good time to install Qik and I now have 10 invites to the site if anyone out there still needs them. Just drop me a comment below and I will hand them out to the first 10 people who reply.

I have been reading a lot on the Interwebz about a site called Intense Debate that allows you to “outsource” your blog comments in case of dis tater. Basically, if something were to happen to my blog my comments would be safe on Intense Debate’s servers so I could recover them easily, also the site allows you to have threaded comments to better follow what is happening in a discussion and whatnot.
The also support Twitter, OpenID, and many other features that you can read about here. Please test things out and let me know if something is broken.
Since this was a mandatory upgrade from the Word press folks I have upgraded without any issues, as usual let me know if anything is broken.
Recently I’ve become interested with Habari and I will be experimenting with it over at my Habari Testbed in order to determine if this is a platform that I might want to move to in the future as Wordpress is getting bloated and I think it may be time to move on. I will let you know ho tings go.
Toronto Propane Depot Explosion - Keele and Wilson 2008
I guess I missed this the other day, it was a pretty large explosion and you can see flaming propane tanks launch themselves into space!

Sorry for the prolonged downtime, I’m not sure what happened but I basically have had to reinstall Wordpress from scratch so it will be a couple of days while I sort things out.
